This page explains how to request deletion of your KingsPoker Texas Hold'Emaccount and the data associated with it. KingsPoker Texas Hold'Em is published on Google Play and the Apple App Store by AMAZING APPS SRL.

How to delete your account

You can delete your account directly inside the app. No email or support ticket is required.

1. Open KingsPoker Texas Hold'Em and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. On the Home screen, tap the Settings button (gear icon) in the top area.
3. In the Settings menu, scroll to the Actions section.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Read the confirmation message, then tap DELETE ACCOUNT to permanently delete your account.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. You will be signed out once the process completes.

What data is deleted

When you confirm account deletion, we permanently remove the following data from our active servers:

• Account profile: display name, profile picture, email address, and authentication provider details (Google, Facebook, Apple, or guest account linkage).
• Game progress: level, experience, chips, energy, shields, inventory, and other in-game balances.
• Gameplay statistics: poker stats, best hand records, mission progress, daily rewards state, and related gameplay history tied to your account.
• Preferences: in-app settings stored on our servers (such as notification tokens used for game alerts).

What data may be kept

Some information may be retained after account deletion where required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

• Aggregated analytics: anonymized or aggregated usage data that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
• Purchase records: transaction records related to in-app purchases, retained as required for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations.
• Support correspondence: if you contacted us separately by email, copies of those messages may be kept as long as needed to resolve your inquiry.

Data retention periods

• Active account data: deleted immediately when you confirm deletion in the app.
• Server backups: residual copies in automated backups are purged on a rolling basis, typically within 90 days.
• Financial and legal records: purchase and billing records may be retained for up to 10 years, or longer if required by applicable law.
